This presentation addresses obstacles individuals with anxiety, type 2 bipolar disorder, autism, ADD, and depression face on a day-to-day basis. Topics covered include learning how to identify challenges, finding resolutions, accepting change, and persevering.

Allison graduated from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and an Associate degree in Communications. Her professional skillsets complement her love of storytelling which contributed to winning several awards for creative writing. She has a passion for mental health and hopes to teach and bring awareness to people through her words.
